CENTRAL & CONNECTED
Right in
the middle
360,000 passers-by each day, three major roads, four regional train lines, plus several underground and commuter railways and also tramlines. Alexanderplatz is one of the city’s most important transport hubs. And with a journey time of just under 30 minutes, even Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is not that far away. And right in the heart of it all: MYND.

My yummy Hood
An almost endless range of culinary delights. A constant stream of new inspiration from the world of art and culture. The nightlife after work is thrilling and convivial. MYND has a range of leisure and lifestyle activities starting in the lobby and extending in all directions within the neighbourhood.

Discover something new.
Day after day.
Apart from glamorous flagship stores showcasing international fashion and lifestyle brands there are up-and-coming brands and products breaking new ground with individual concept stores. And everyday essentials can be bought in the department store at the base of the building or in the nearby ALEXA.

Inspirational Neighbourhood
A multifaceted source of inspiration: theatre premieres on one of the stages in the neighbourhood. Fascinating exhibitions on Museum Island. And spectacular previews in the many art galleries, which constantly provide occasions for inspiring evenings with their ever-changing programmes.

Refreshing. Recharging. Reboosting.
Whether functional training in the callisthenics park on the banks of the Spree, a classic workout in one of the fitness studios just around the corner, making use of an exclusive sports and wellness programme, or cooling down on the Soho House roof terrace – the range of sports and self-care options around MYND is as diverse as the individual requirements themselves.

Step by step towards the new skyline
In 1993, an invitation to tender was issued as part of plans to develop Alexanderplatz. The winner of the ideas competition was the design submitted by the Berlin architect Hans Kollhoff, who envisaged a peripheral development of the space with 150-metre high towers. It was not until 2016 that the Senate finally decided to approve the construction of seven of the 13 high-rise buildings initially planned. Of these, four are currently being built or are in the planning stage. Work began in October 2021 on adding the 134-metres tall MYND office tower to the existing Galeria department store, thereby gradually realising the urban planning vision of the 1990s.
